War Child has been able to generate its income from various sources: individual donors (40%), corporate sponsors (7%), foundations (3%), actions (5%), Dutch Postcode Lottery (6%), other third parties such as UNICEF (8%) and governmental grants (31%).

In 2012, War Child reached its target number of participants by actively involving 483,000 people, of whom 347,000 were children and young people, in 11 conflict-affected areas.
